Daille has been full professor, Departments of Informatics, at
University de Nantes since 2002. From 2002 to 2016, she led the
Natural language Processing Team of LINA (10 professors). She was
Associate Director of LINA in charge of general affairs and doctoral
school (2005-2007), and Associate Director of LINA (2008-2011). Her research interests focus on text mining, terminology
processing and discourse analysis in multilingual and multimodal
settings. She proposed reference methods for terminology extraction
and variant recognition that are presented in her book published by
Benjamins in 2017 and implemented in TermSuite software. She was the
main coordinator of the European project FP7 STEP TTC (2010-2012).
She is co-coordinator of the Master of Computer Sciences (Université
de Nantes, Polytech’Nantes, Institut Mines-Télécom Atlantique).
She is currently involved in national and regional projects dealing with iplagiarism detection in medieval manuscripts, distributional analyis for specialised domains, and multimodal opinion mining.
